* * * * *I love shrimp rings but these jumbo, no COLOSSAL shrimp are amazing. They taste so yummy with salsa too. A really cute presentation trick is to put some seafood sauce in a shot glass and put one shrimp into each glass.

Wild Pacific Salmon Mini Wellingtons

OMG, you have to try these. I sampled these delicious morsels of seafood goodness today and I was instantly transported to hors d'oeuvre heaven. (Haha! As I'm typing this, the commercial for the Mini Wellingtons with Galen Weston just came on!) Well I definitely have to agree with good ol' Galen. I mean, wild Pacific salmon in a yummy creamy dill sauce, all wrapped in a golden puff pastry...what's not to love?
