* * * * *Okay, after declaring in the previous post that I don't have much of a sweet tooth, here I am posting another one of PC's irresistible desserts. I remember my dad buying this when I was a kid and, even though I haven't had it in eons, it still remains one of my favourite ice cream flavours ever. Bits of peppermint candy and pieces of chocolate fuge crackle are mixed into vanilla ice cream to make this wonderful winter delight. Yum yum! You scream, I scream, we all scream for this awesome awesome ice cream.

I loved this as a kid, too.
However it seemed that the ingredients changed a few years back, it just wasn't as good anymore.
Did PC change the indgredients?
Hmmm... maybe they did change the ingredients? I'm not all that sure as the last time I had it really was when I was a kid. This gives me an excuse to go out and buy some to relive my childhood cravings!
